The Delivery Mirror

What was promised. What was signed. What is actually happening. Three things that should match — and almost never do.

The Problem

In consulting and professional services, the gap between what the sales team promised verbally and what the delivery team actually signed in the SOW is where projects go to die. This gap is discovered in week 3, not week 1. By then it's a client escalation, not a planning conversation.

The Solution

A multi-agent system that reads sales call transcripts and a signed SOW, then surfaces every gap between verbal commitments and written obligations — before a single sprint starts. Two agents run sequentially: a Transcript Analyst that extracts promises and assumptions, and a Reconciliation Agent that cross-references against the SOW, scores severity, and estimates which week each gap becomes a delivery crisis.

Who Should Care

Relevant for: Consulting MDs and delivery leads who've lived this problem. Professional services firms where pre-sales and delivery are different teams. Boutique SI partners onboarding multiple clients simultaneously. Any organization where SOW language is written by legal and sold by someone else.

Let's think through this together.

Let's think through it together. If any of these problems sound familiar, I'm open to a conversation — whether that's a boutique firm thinking about a new offering, an enterprise team that's hit the same wall, or someone building in this space who wants to compare notes.
